Symptoms: ZPA Users attempting to access  Browser Access or User Portal applications may intermittently receive a 403 Forbidden error, preventing them from accessing application.

Condition: This occurs when a browser session cookie from a previous authentication becomes stale, typically recurring every 7 days aligned with the session lifetime. If users continue to use the same session beyond 7 days to the application they may observe this error on the browser.

Workaround: Clearing browser cookies and cache, or using a private/incognito browser window, will restore access to the application.

Fix: Zscaler is working on a permanent fix, which is expected to be rolled out …

Zscaler is announcing the official End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support for ZscalerOS 24 (ZSOS24), effective December 31, 2026.
