Resolved - Imperva identified an issue in the London (LCY) PoP that impacted a subset of customers who experienced packet loss, connection timeouts, and intermittent connectivity issues.
The issue was traced to one of Imperva's third-party internet service providers. To mitigate the impact, Imperva rerouted traffic and bypassed the affected provider. Following this mitigation, service was restored and performance returned to normal levels.
